Designers fighting losing battle against rip-offs

Rip-offs are on the rise and few designers are able to defend themselves under current laws.

If imitation were merely the greatest form of flattery, designers would be basking. Between the mega-brand replica companies such as Matt Blatt, Glicks Furniture and Temple & Webster and the thinly veiled copies of the chain stores, replicas are everywhere.
